Before choosing a cleaning method

Include the location and extent of the affected area. Share the manufacturer’s care label, clear photos, when the issue started and any products already used. Cleaning suitability and expected results are discussed for your item. Avoid combining products or assuming that a household recipe suits every fabric; ask us about a suitable approach before arranging the visit.
